You will need to first formally consult us via an appointment and let us peruse through all relevant documentation to enable us to gauge the complexity of your case. If your documents are voluminous, we may require a consultation fee that can range between RM300 – RM500 per hour. However, you can send us your documents before hand via email to enable us to let you know if consultation fees will apply or not. In most cases, our consultations at our office are free but limited up to 1 hour only. After discussing your matter, we will then send you a formal quotation and/or scale fee for your approval and a Warrant to Act for your confirmation once you decide to engage us.

Mediation is a process where litigating parties can agree to sit with their lawyers and their opponents and their lawyers and amicably find ways to resolve their disputes and come to an amicable settlement out of court. If the case is still ongoing, parties can then have their agreement from the mediation recorded as a Consent Order or Consent Judgment. Other Mediation processes are Court sanctioned mediation whereby the Court has the power to direct that parties attempt at least one mediation session through the Court Annexed Mediation where active judges and judicial officers act as mediators to litigating parties after they have filed their action in the courts.
